Chelsea Emerges 2015 EPL Champions After Beating Sunderland 3-1 [Pictures]

Chelsea were the 2015 English Premier League champions again as they end the season with 87 points beating Sunderland 3-1 at Stamford Bridge to the delight of their home fans. The West Londoners were league toppers at the beginning of the season with no team overtaking them till they won it today.

All credits to the players and team manager Jose Mourinho for establishing the tactics necessary for the Blues to win the league comfortably.

Goal from Sunderland through Daren Fletcher's header was cancelled by Diego Costa's spot kick before the half-time. Two goals from Remy in the second half cruise Chelsea to a comfortable 3-1 victory against Sunderland.

Didier drogba and Petr Cech were giving a memorable moment as they played their last game for the club. Drogba was substituted in the 28th minutes in first half then the whole chelsea players lift him up to carry him out of the field as a sign of appreciation for all the sacrifices he has giving to Chelsea during his stay at Stamford Bridge.

Jose Mourinho will now be planning to win the UEFA champions League with Chelsea by next season seems it is the only trophy he hasn't won with Chelsea before.
