The reason why we want Didier Drogba to lead Chelsea line at the Emirates on Sunday is that, He already has a fantastic record against the Gunners and is a nightmare to their players.
Drogba has got 15 goals in 15 games against Arsenal and he will surely add to his tally this weekend.
With Diego Costa still struggling with fitness after returning back from injury early this week and Remy still unsure of his injury news, Drogba seems to be the only fit senior striker to lead the squad.
Drogba left Chelsea for Chinese club Shanghai Shenhua in 2012 with a formidable scoring record of 13 goals in 14 games against Arsenal and Arsene Wenger seems to be happy with his move when he made this statement thus
“I don’t know how much Chelsea miss him but we don’t miss him. He did a lot of damage against us in every game.”

In the next two encounters, he netted double in each game to lead Chelsea to a 3-0 and 2-0 victory against the North-London side. His last goal against Arsenal in Chelsea colors was in 2010 where he opened the scoring in a 2-0 victory against the Gunners.
According to statistics, Drogba has scored double five times for Chelsea against Arsenal including at Emirates so it is sure that he could get at least a goal this time around. He returns to hurt arsenal with Galatasaray scoring a brace in the Emirate Cup.
So with his trusted Manager Jose Mourinho who brought him to Stamford Bridge in 2004, he could be giving the task to lead Chelsea line at Emirate this Sunday.
