Chelsea name 23-man squad for World Club Cup

Chelsea football club have announced their full 23-man squad that will be traveling to Japan for the Club World Cup competition coming on in few weeks time. This is the first time the Club will be participating in this tournament of World Super Clubs. Big thanks to former manager Roberto Di Matteo and Didier Drogba who gave Chelsea their first Champions league trophy in history.

The full squad for the tournament will be as follows:
Goalkeepers:
Petr Cech, Ross Turnbull, Henrique Hilario

Defenders:
Branislav Ivanovic, Ashley Cole, David Luiz, Paulo Ferreira, Gary
Cahill, John Terry, Cesar Azpilicueta, Ryan Bertrand

Midfielders:
Oriol Romeu, Ramires, Frank Lampard, Oscar, John Obi Mikel, Eden
Hazard, Marko Marin, Lucas Piazon

Forwards:
Fernando Torres, Juan Mata, Victor Moses, Daniel Sturridge.

Meanwhile, John Terry, Frank Lampard, and Daniel Sturridge are expected to be fit enough to take part in our first game against the emerging winner of the match between Monterrey and Ulsan Hyundai. While Sanfrecce Hiroshima, Auckland City, Al-Ahly, and Corinthians are the other teams that will also participate.
