Serie A giant Napoli not giving up on Chelsea owned Wallace

Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport reported that, Napoli are preparing to make a new interest for Fluminense full-back Wallace. Napoli had earlier demanded for the defender who is said to be linked to Chelsea as part of a deal that saw Deco moved away from Stamford Bridge to Fluminese.

Wallace, 18, has been a semi-regular in the Fluminense first-team this season, starting 10 of their 24 league games to date and making 19 appearances in total this calendar year. The young direct and powerful full-back, is now firmly established as first choice right-back for the Brazil Under-20 side and his displays for club and country have drawn praise from far and wide.

Napoli now want Wallace while Chelsea still own 45% of the players's economic rights so any deal will be complicated but let's wait and see how the Blues will respond in January.
