Jose Mourinho feels Chelsea can't cope without Drogba

Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho had said that, Chelsea will likely find life tough without Drogba. The former Blues manager who signed Drogba during his stay at Chelsea shared his own views with Sky Sports saying that Chelsea will find it harder than they think to cope without Didier Drogba.

The club has good players at the moment but they could still feel the void the Ivorian Striker had left after his move from Stamford Bridge in the summer to China. Drogba's glittering eight-year stay in the Premier League as Chelsea main striker, saw him win three Premier League titles, four FA Cups, two League Cups and finally, the Champions League, which was sealed over Bayern Munich with his winning penalty.

Drogba scored his 157th and final goal for the club in the normal time of the game against the German side in the Champions League finals. The Ivorian talisman latter move to Shanghai Shenhua in China but Chelsea are still doing fine at the moment. The blues have made an unbeaten start in the Premier League this season without him but Mourinho still believes it is only a matter of time before we start to miss him.

'I believe Drogba is the big difference for them. I don`t think you can replace him. You can buy top players and invest like Chelsea did, but there is only one Drogba, in the Premiership and Chelsea' The Real Madrid boss told Sky Sport News.
'Drogba means crucial moments. The final, a top match, Drogba is there. When the team is losing at home, Drogba is there. Chelsea will miss Drogba and Drogba will mean a few less points. But the team is good, with good players and they are European champions.'

At the moment, Chelsea made a twist in their formation and pattern of play that could take all players along without depending on one person. Torres as the main striker, might look like he is under pressure to also give us victory all the time as Drogba did. We have good midfielders, and defenders that can score goals at anytime even when Torres fails to deliver. So i think the impression of that one man Drogba given us victory will not be obvious in the squad again. Or what did you think? Share this post with your friends and lets hear your views.
