Even most Chelsea players are saying positive things about the Latics star Victor Moses just as we fans do. One of these players is Chelsea own midfielder John Obi Mikel who has also given his approval to the club's attempts to sign his Nigerian counterpart from from Wigan. The 21-year-old player was impressive on the pitch yesterday as they host the Blues but unfortunately they couldn't stop the European Champions from winning.
Victor Moses prove to Chelsea yesterday that he is worthy of a striker and can fit in the role if given the Chance to prove himself at Stamford Bridge. We all watch what this lad did yesterday and the best thing for Chelsea now is to sign the Latics star before it is too late.
Obi Mikel is totally convinced that if his club succeeded in signing Victor Moses, the 21-year-old could be a star at Stamford Bridge. Mikel has played alongside the highly-rated striker on the international stage. But the Blues have so far been too reluctant to meet the £10m asking price tagged on Moses which Wigan chairman Dave Whelan insist the player worth and nothing less than that.
We are now happy to hear reports suggesting that a deal is already close for the star. The Lancashire side is convinced to conclude the signing of the young lad as quickly as possible, and Wigan Chairman is also ready to give the former Crystal Palace young star a green light to move to his desire club.
Moses is now in the final year of his contract at the DW Stadium, and a move to Stamford Bridge is the only wise decision for Wigan although the European Champions Chelsea are the only party playing the snail walk on the deal.
Mikel Obi, who is excited about the prospect of Victor Moses joining him in the same team, told MTNFootball.com: "Victor Moses is a good player, we all saw what he did last season. "I will gladly welcome him and make him feel at home if he comes here. It would be a good move for him and I am sure he will make it big here."
