Chelsea have officially announced the signing of Victor Moses from Wigan Athletic after chasing the Nigerian player for long this summer. It is officially confirmed that, the Latics have accepted a bid from the Blues believed to be in the region of £9m according a source from goal.com. The 21 year-old old attacker was given permission to speak with Chelsea early hours of yesterday and it appears that, the young powerful winger has accepted the terms and conditions of his contract. He will be moving to Stamford Bridge shortly.
Chelsea had also confirmed the signing of Spanish talented right-back Cesar Apilicueta from Marseille today Friday, and he joins the rest of the new summer signings which includes Eden Hazard, Oscar, Marko Marin
and Thorgan Hazard who has been loaned out.
