It is reported that Chelsea will name a new manager soon as the current interim boss Rafa Benitez contract expires in the summer. The club will also be keen to avoid the mistakes of the past by providing world class players for the new manager to work with.
In this vein, Chelsea will become the title contenders they once be before only if they are willing to reshuffle the team and beef them up with good players. To do this, they will have to offload few weak players to cut down their expenses and bring in young talented players who had been out on loan.

2. Fernando Torres (has totally failed to prove himself to be the world lethal striker he was at Liverpool),

5. Yossi Benayoun (age and no more useful),
6. Marko Marin (lack 100% fitness though good),
7. Paulo Ferreira (age perhaps),
8. Henrique Hilario (lack playing time) and
9. Jeffrey Bruma.
These are the players that the Daily Mail believe to be leaving Stamford Bridge at the end of the season.
Meanwhile, as these players are set to leave in the summer, Chelsea should be prepared to fill in their gaps with their current young squad who has been out on loan. With the likes of Kevin De Bruyne & Patrick van Anholt should return straight into the first team.
Falcao is an option to replace Torres if the striker agree to sign for Chelsea or Lewandoski. We also need Fellani to replace Frank Lampard when he is gone and Lucas Piazon should also break into the first team. Thibaut Courtois and Romelu Lukaku's should be given at least one more season at their various clubs respectively. Or what do you think?
