Guardiola worries over Abramovich Sacking habit

Pep Guardiola is worried about the 'trigger-happy' nature of Roman Abramovich and may avoid becoming permanent manager for Chelsea next summer. The former Barcelona boss who is on vacation in the United States has been expected to be Chelsea's next coach next summer seems Rafa Benitez is only appointed as an interim coach.
But however, the sacking of Roberto di Matteo last week and other nine high profile coaches since the Russian billionaire took over in 2003 worries Guardiola. It has been reported that, the 41-year-old Spaniard is concern whether he will be given total backing by Abramovich if he accepts the contract.

With major sides queuing up to speak to Guardiola, Di Matteo's undignified sacking could cause a difficult decision between the two parties. Meanwhile, a source close to Guardiola said that the former Barca boss 'wants stability' upon his return' and Abramovich's nine managers in nine years record does not look good.

Guardiola's is in no rush to decide his future and will not discuss anything until the New Year. His representative said.
