Chelsea travel to WestHam before Euro fate Decider

Chelsea travel to West Ham United on Saturday before Champions League fate is decided in west London and Donetsk on Wednesday. Nordsjaelland are the opponents for the final group stage fixture. Chelsea beat them 4-0 at Parken earlier this season and have emerged victorious in all three of their previous encounters with Danish opposition, most recently a 2-0 aggregate win over FC Copenhagen in the 2010/11 Champions League last 16.
However, another victory will only see the Blues through if things also go our way in Ukraine, needing a win for already qualified Shakhtar Donetsk for us to overtake Juventus in second place. The good news is that in this season's Champions League, Shakhtar have a 100 per cent home record while their Italian opponents are winless on the road.

Before that, though, is the small matter of our fifth London derby of 2012/13, and our second in a week, at the Boleyn Ground. After a season without this fixture, as West Ham were in the Championship, Chelsea will be hoping to pick up where we left off, having won our last three meetings with a total of 10 goals for, including Fernando Torres' first for the Blues in our last game against the Hammers.
