Former Real Madrid player and director Jorge Valdano has reported that, he considers Brazilian Neymar more creative than Argentine Messi. Laying a lot of praise on the Brazilian youngster, he told 'El Larguero' on a radio station that, the Chelsea target Neymar is skillful and full of creativity compared to Barcelona star Messi.
The 20-year-old Neymar, has been severally compared to Argentine star Lionel Messi in his homeland, but Valdano believes the duo and Portuguese maestro Cristiano Ronaldo, offer very different qualities in football. Speaking about
"He is the most creative player," the Argentine said. "He is a unique player. Cristiano has power, Messi has ability, but Neymar will beat you ten times in ten different ways. In imaginative and effective ways."
The Santos forward has been heavily linked with a move to both Barcelona and Real Madrid in future, which could see him line-up alongside either player, while recent reports have linked the flamboyant attacker with a move to European Champions Chelsea. Whilst all three players continue to excel, the comparisons will always exist, but as Valdano rightly points out, the trio are very different in their methods of displaying their talents.
