Chelsea are set to offer a final take it or leave it offer for Wigan Athletic powerful winger Victor Moses. The blues have been courting Moses ever since but an initial £6 million offered by the European Champions was turn down as the management seem to demand more than that amount.
The Nigerian star and former England Under-21 international is keen on a move to the current European champions but it seems Roberto Martinez will do anything possible to keep him at the club except if the price is so tempting to turn down. Wigan are asking for a £10m price while Chelsea will like to offer nothing more than £8 million. Would Victor Moses succeed coming to Chelsea?
