I think Hazard actually kicked the ball and the ball boy simulate

A closer look at the picture that claims Hazard intentionally kicked a ball boy during the Wednesday Capital one cup semi-final tie with Swansea reveals that, the Belgian midfielder actually kicked the ball and not the boy who mount on the ball trying to delay time.
The picture reveals that Eden Hazard hardly made any contact with the 17-year-old ball boy as purported but he recieved a red card for his actions. Has the Chelsea midfielder been treated unfairly or not? Considering that fact that, Hazard needed the ball on the pitch quickly, he was frustrated, the boy had the ball, instead of doing his job he choose to mount on the ball instead to delay time.

Hazard came to retrieve the ball, the ball boy covered it below his tummy and there was no way to retrieve than to kick the ball and force it out. But the 22-year old midfielder receive a red card instead.

So does the FA approved of that kind of delay tactics from ball boys? Why was Hazard punished instead of the ball boy? Most people would argue that Hazard wasn't suppose to act the way he did but we are all humans and when we find ourselves frustrated, it is difficult to control. The ball boy should have been punished too that is my opinion and i wish the FA look into this issue critically. Although it is said that Hazard will not be facing any criminal charges from the Police for his violent conduct.
