The Belgium forward joined Chelsea in the summer of 2011 but struggled to established himself under Andre Villas-Boas and Roberto Di Matteo before moving on loan to Steve Clarke's side. Lukaku is fully focused
on his West Brom duties to develop his attacking skills and he has so far scored nine league goals for the club.
The teenager believes that if he can replicate that kind of form when he returns to Stamford Bridge in the future, then he stands a good chance of making a name for himself. "My aim is to play at the Bridge and to be a legend over there in the future. That is the dream. That's why I signed for Chelsea," Lukaku told Sky Sports.
"But the time is going so really I need to keep playing. And hopefully in the next few years, i will become one of the key elements at the Bridge."
Lukaku also spoke on the difficulty in breaking into the club's first-team squad after the signing of Demba Ba, but the Belgium international still insist it is his duty to take up the challenge as a striker.
He added: "That's the thing when you play for Chelsea. They will always sign big players. So now it is up to me to show I can go over there and play and do the same as i did now."
