John Terry denies FA racial abuse charge; will he succeed this time?

The FA choose to go ahead with the charges against Chelsea Captain John Terry for racially abusing Queens park rangers defender Anton Ferdinand but the 31 year old defender has so far denied the allegation. The FA stated on its official website that Terry had requested a personal hearing on a date yet to be fixed.

Terry was cleared some weeks ago on the same criminal charge by a British court of law but the FA said, it had consider evidence from the trial before charging the England former captain. The FA says Terry is alleged to have included a reference to ethnic origin and or color and/or race’ but he remains available to play for England while the charge is still pending.
The FA always know how to gather facts relating to this football racist of a thing. Suarez was convicted and banned 8 matches together with a fine of 40,000 euros for racially abusing Patrice Evra of Manchester United. John is a leader and considered a blue soldier at Stamford Bride. But will he succeed the case this time?
