Chelsea loan Josh McEachcran to Middlesbrough

Chelsea young midfielder Josh McEachcran has been loan to Championship side Middlesbrough in an effort to give the young talented midfielder enough playing time in the first team. The 19 year-old lad could make his debut for his new club today evening as Middlesbrough takes on Burnley at the Riverside Stadium.

The long season loan deal was finalized by both Chelsea and Middlesbrough yesterday and the player has already moved. McEachcran was named Chelsea young player of the year for season 2010-11 but manager Di Matteo still thinks the potential young star still needs more development to his skills. And sending him to Championship side Boro will make him learn faster and develop quickly.
